The Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON) has reportedly gotten an approval by a Lagos Federal High Court to take over Silverbird Cinemas and other businesses belonging to Senator Ben Murray-Bruce and his family over the non-repayment of an 11 billion naira loan. The court order takes effect today June 23 2016.
Few hours ago, the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON) completely took over the running of SilverBird Cinemas and other businesses belonging to senator Ben Murray-Bruce and his family over an unpaid loan of N11bn.
