WHAT SHOULD WE CALL SUCH TRADITION THAT ALLOWS YOUNG GIRLS BARE THEIR BOOBS THIS WAY?

All in the name of tradition young girls are seen almost totally naked as they are said to be honouring a certain tradition that has to do with 'passsage into womanhood' as shared on facebook.
