"I WAS NEVER IN REHAB, I WAS IN SECLUSION".......MAJEK FASHEK
Majekodunmi Fasheke, popularly called Majek Fashek, has explained that he only went into seclusion and not rehab as understood and alleged by Nigerians.
DAILY POST recalls that the legendary musician, for several months in 2015, was confined to an Abuja rehabilitation home, Synapse Services-Centre For Psychological Medicine.
However, the Rainmaker in a recent interview on Television Continental, TVC, said what got him into seclusion was because some forces were trying to “tap in his spiritual intellect” and he had to go into seclusion for a while.
Speaking on the kind of songs churned out by young artistes these days, he stated that he could not blame them because it was their own unique sound.
He noted that his future in music was in the hands of God as he hoped to bring new sound which will enable him challenge the younger generation of musicians who use women to shake their backside in videos.
He said, “My future is in the hands of God and I hope to be bringing out new sound so I can challenge all these young boys who are using women to shake their bum bum.
“By the way, I never went for rehab like most Nigerians put it. I was on seclusion,” the legendary musician affirmed.
