WOMAN RUNS DOWN CYCLIST BOYFRIEND AFTER HE TOLD HER HE HAS HIV AND LAUGHED (VIDEO)

Misty Lee Wilke 43 years old

A video showing a woman allegedly running down her boyfriend in a car after he told her he was HIV positive has emerged.

The incident was captured on a neighbor's security camera, showing the man riding a bicycle in Arizona before a Ford Mustang plows into him, causing him to fly over the hood of the car.
The red vehicle is then seen driving off before two bystanders appear at the scene as they attempt to help the man. He gets up on his own and tries to walk, but falls over a block wall and into a yard.

The series of events leading to the April 29 incident began after Wilke and her boyfriend got into an argument that morning after he told her he was HIV positive and allegedly laughed about it, court records indicated.

Wilke called the police about 30 minutes after the incident and said her boyfriend had just told her he had the disease and laughed as he did so.

She also claimed he had pulled a knife on her and cut her arm, so she jumped into her car and drove without looking.

He reportedly sustained a severe head injury and a broken back, but survived.

A Maricopa County grand jury indicted Wilke on charges including attempting to commit second-degree murder, leaving the scene and aggravated assault.

Wilke is pleading not guilty to the charges.
