9 TIPS ON HOW TO CONCEIVE A BABY BOY

baby under the towel

I hope this article helps couples trying to conceive a male child, you can never tell, put these tips into practice and you could be in for a surprise.

See below, tips to follow when trying to conceive a baby boy as compiled by Amy Bell, babble.com;

1. Follow the Chinese Lunar Birth Calendar
Although most doctors and fertility experts claim that we can’t influence whether we have a girl or boy, there’s certainly a lot of compelling anecdotal evidence out there to the contrary.

Some parents are absolutely convinced that they conceived a baby boy by following certain techniques, changing their diet, using various “positions” in the bedroom or even drinking particular concoctions. Although medical doctors largely disregard these rituals as old wives’ tales, it can’t hurt to try a few, right? (Well, depending on the method or “position,” it could hurt a little.)

If you’re absolutely determined to have a baby boy and are willing to try anything, consider these tricks that some parents, astrologists, and even a few doctors swear by.

This famous gender-predicting calendar was purportedly drawn up by a Chinese scientist and then buried in a royal tomb 700 years ago. Or was buried for 700 years until a Chinese scientist dug it up. Or was it devised by a 700 year-old Chinese scientist? Well, something like that … the history and background behind it is not easy to establish, but how to use it is. With this mystical calendar, a baby’s sex is determined by the mother’s age and the month in which she conceives.

Lunar calendar adherents say the chart is 99 percent accurate. (I must admit, it correctly predicted the gender of my little girl.) Working backwards, you can use the Chinese lunar calendar to find the month that will help you conceive a boy. If you are intent on this method, some practitioners say there are rules to follow, such as not trying to conceive during the very beginning or very end of a boy-yielding time frame.

2. Eat a Boyish Diet
Some gender-predicting “experts” claim that following a specific diet for a few weeks before conceiving could increase your chances of having a boy. They say that switching your diet changes the pH balance in your body, which some believe contributes to the sex of your baby.

According to this theory, your daily “boy producing” menu should be packed with plenty of salty foods, red meats, eggs, peas, raisins, zucchini, mushrooms, beans, sweet corn, bread, and fish. This diet also recommends you avoid acidic foods in quest of a more alkaline (less acidic) environment for the boy-bearing sperm to thrive. (An alkalizing diet, in fact, doesn’t necessarily shun acidic foods. For more, read The pH Diet and Your Fertility.) As with all the other advice dished out in this article, you should take this suggestion with a grain of salt … and an extra dash or two if you’re trying for a boy.

Also, a recent study suggests that maintaining higher levels of glucose—which means sustaining a high intake of food throughout the day—will increase your chances of having a little boy. Consume a wide range of nutrients such as potassium, calcium, and vitamins C, E, and B12. Breakfast, is particularly important, so never skip!

3. Take Your Position
Another popular school of thought says that certain sexual positions can improve your odds of having a boy. In ancient times, beliefs abounded about the positions that would lead to male offspring, such as having intercourse with your heads pointing north or having the would-be mother sleep on the left. Discoveries in science over the centuries have led to somewhat more complex theories about positioning (and a lot else). For one thing, we now know for sure it’s the male who determines the sex of a child. The mother always provides an X chromosome in the egg; the father contributes either an X chromosome (yielding XX = girl) or a Y chromosome (yielding XY = boy). Each individual spermatozoa carries either X or Y and the baby’s sex depends on which one penetrates the egg most effectively first.

According to Dr. Landrum Shettles, MD, author of How to Choose the Sex of Your Baby, deeper penetration during intercourse seems to favor boys.

He explains that a woman’s vagina is most acidic near the entrance, and—as mentioned before—some evidence suggests male sperm don’t fare well in acidic environments. Shettles says deeper penetration puts sperm closer to the egg, reducing the distance the sperm have to travel through the acidic vagina. This gives faster-swimming Y-chromosome (male) sperm a head start over the X-chromosome (female) sperm. Therefore, he recommends rear-entry intercourse for couples who want a boy. (Do I really have to clarify “rear-entry”? OK, fine … he’s talking about “doggy-style,” people. There, I wrote it.)

4. Get the Timing Right
Other medical experts also believe that Y sperm (boys) swim faster than X sperm (girls). However, girl sperm typically are more robust and live longer in the reproductive tract than the boy sperm.

So what does this theory mean to you? In a nutshell, if you’re hoping for a boy you should try to abstain from sex for several days before ovulation and then have intercourse as close to ovulation as possible. This increases the likelihood that the boy sperm (the faster swimmers) will beat out the girl sperm to the egg, and not have to survive too long while waiting around for the egg to show up. You’ll have to do some very careful calendar watching or take an ovulation test to determine precisely when you’re ovulating.

5. Boxers or Briefs?
Sperm are stored “outside” the body for a reason. They can’t tolerate excessive heat and the testicles’ independent structure and considerable surface area keep them safe from the elevated core temperatures inside the body. Some people claim that Y-chromosome sperm (boys) are even less tolerant of heat than X-chromosome sperm. So, if you’re trying for a boy, ask your mate to wear boxers for a while. This will keep things cool and give his “boys” some breathing room.

A cool bath or an ice pack to the scrotum would take matters further, but it’s probably a rare male who would be that keen on producing a son.

6. Crank up the Coffee-Maker
Based on his research, Dr. Shettles says that you’re more likely to conceive a boy if your man drinks a strong cup of caffeinated coffee just before intercourse. Why does this work? Shettles says he’s not sure—but if anything, it will give your mate a little extra energy boost for the deed!

The jury’s not unanimous on whether caffeine for women trying to get pregnant is such a good idea, so you might want to opt for decaf while he goes high-test.

7. Down Some Cough Syrup
Some people claim that if a woman takes a dose of cough syrup a couple of hours before intercourse, she’s more likely to have a boy. Supporters of this theory say that the medicine works by thinning the cervical mucous (just as it thins respiratory mucous when you have a cough), making conditions more favorable for sperm, especially those fast Y swimmers. The key ingredient that makes this work is guaifenesin, so if you’re going that route, look for a product that contains it.

8. Make It Quick
During my research, I spoke with two different mothers who each have one girl and one boy. They both said pretty much the same thing in so many words: To conceive a boy, you should have unplanned, unromantic intercourse.

“Our son was conceived on my husband’s lunch break from work,” says Casey in Birmingham. “No soft music, no candles—just a wham-bam, thank you ma’am, and get back to work.”

Holly from Atlanta gives similar advice. “If you want a boy, your drunken husband should attack you on the living room floor on a random weeknight,” she says, laughing. “You should also have no idea where you are in your monthly cycle. That’s how we conceived our son.”

“Basically, a boy can be conceived with little time, absolutely zero romance, and the high possibility that you could get caught in the act,” Casey puts it simply.

9. Pay the Big Bucks
If you’re absolutely desperate to have a boy, you could try just shelling out $20,000. Scientists have discovered a way to ensure that you’ll have a girl or boy through in vitro fertilization (IVF)—where the egg and sperm first meet in the laboratory, not your body. The procedure is a complex medical one that carries a hefty price tag and that couples generally only opt for when all other avenues to conception have been unsuccessfully attempted.

Many people consider this kind of sex selection to be immoral and unnatural and, indeed, some physicians will not test for the embryo’s sex before implanting it. Then again, the moral issue is not a common one so far, as most couples can’t afford this much green just to get the baby’s nursery painted blue.

Adoption is another route where you can be assured of your child’s sex. Barring these last two approaches, all you can do is try, hope that fate (er, make that biology) gives you what you want, and love the result regardless.

SHE LOST HER JOB 2 DAYS BEFORE 2016 BUT HER RESPONSE WILL SURPRISE YOU!

Olorunfunmi Adebajo is considered a great woman with love for humanity because a few months ago, she rehabilitated a drunk in her neighbourhood, turning his entire life around for good and she was applauded for that, she also gained the respect of many.
Lady1
Last month, she organised a special package tagged 'CHRISTMAS IN AJEGUNLE' and with the assistance of many others, it was a success.

However, Olorunfunmi lost her job 2 days to 2016 and unlike many others, she reacted in good fate, believing the loss is a big push to greater heights.

Read what she shared today on her Facebook page;

I lost my job 2 days to 2016...i have thrown two 'termination of appointment' parties and my niece thinks thats a wierd reaction considering how much I loved my job. As one whose spirit cannot be bowed by circumstances, i'm super excited about the new year. Its time to explore, get knowledge and hone my skills in preparation for the centre stage...by God, give me three months!!!

Anyone in a similar situation? The year doesnt feel new and you are wondering why everyone else is happy but you? Trust me life happens but till you decide not to be a victim, life will keep happening. Don't let life toss you, make life happen on your terms.

Cry if you have to, talk to someone but make sure you stand up, rise up from where you are. You have so much to offer. You are more blessed than you feel, stonger than you think, greater than you imagine.

Look in the mirror and see a conqueror. Beat your chest and say I cannot be defeated. I'm the light of the world and the life of the party.

Life wants to ahow me pepper. ..me, i'm already making pepper soup...and its gonna be veeery sweet. 😊😊😊

DELE MOMODU RESPONDS TO DAVIDO'S LATEST ALLEGATIONS AGAINST SOPHIE MOMODU

Screenshot_2015-12-30-19-00-39-1

Remember i posted part 1 and 2 of Dele's details on the Davido + baby mama drama, then i posted Davido's response/allegations. Now here is a response from Uncle Dele following Davido's allegations against his niece, Sophie Momodu.

Read below as seen on his Instagram page.

The newspapers were awash this morning and the social media has been on fire since yesterday.
My cousin SOPHIE MOMODU was comprehensively scandalised. Even a Laboratory result alleging she's a cannabis smoker was splashed everywhere.

She was said to have infected her own baby with cannabis. The vicious authors expected some gullible people to believe them. Nothing could have been cruellest. Our Initial reaction was to maintain the ceasefire but this latest attack against a defenceless lady who merely asked that she be allowed to enjoy the fruit of motherhood was the limit of recklessness and rascality.

All sensible human beings should abhor and condemn this unwarranted fabrication of endless lies just to justify the act of forcefully detaching a baby from her biological mother.

Check this picture well. That's baby Imade with her aunt Ashley Adeleke who took her to Dubai a few months ago against her mother's consent. The world has been told that the baby was so sick that she needed urgent medical attention in Dubai. Imade's mother was deprived of attending personally to her own baby. Now wait for this; just imagine you're the hapless mum of Imade; instead of receiving regular medical briefs from Ashley the Good Samaritan, you receive pictures of your own baby swimming with Ashley Coco inside the heavenly pool of Atlantis, The Palm Dubai, one of the most luxurious resorts in the world while anxiety is killing you back home.

Baby Imade has been forcefully separated from her mum since July 11!, 2015, when she was barely two months old. We've pleaded for months with the Adelekes to return the baby to her real mum. Sophie was allowed to visit her daughter once a week every Sunday inside Dr Adelekes guest quarters. We did not fight. We did not engage in social media wars. They said our family was too poor and beneath their status. We did not mind. They said Sophie was a gold-digger, we did not respond. We only kicked when Baby Imade was to be taken out again without the mum's necessary consent. No one asked them to take Sophie along. We only tried to stop the impunity and dehumanisation of a poor mother. We acted within the ambit of the law. No more.

COURT ARRAIGNS A 45-YEAR-OLD MAN FOR ALLEGEDLLY RAPING A 12-YEAR-OLD GIRL

Accountant in court for raping neighbour

Wonders shall never cease, when will rape become a thing of history in this world we live in!
i put an exclamation mark and not a question mark because i believe it is not a question any one can answer, we can only pray and hope never to fall victims of such horrific experience.

A 45-year-old man, Bowale Adedeji, on Monday appeared before an Ota Senior Magistrates’ Court in Ogun over alleged defilement of a 12-year-old girl.
Adedeji, who lives at No. 23 Banjo St., Ijako Road, Ota, is facing a charge of defilement.

The prosecutor, Sgt. Chudu Gbesi, told the court that the accused committed the offence on December 5, 2015 at 9.00pm along Ijako Road, Ota, Ogun.

Gbesi said that Adedeji lured the girl into an uncompleted building and had unlawful carnal knowledge of her, revealing that the accused was apprehended by passersby and handed over to the police.

According to the prosecutor, the offence contravened Section 218 of the Criminal Code, Laws of Ogun, 2006.

The suspect, pleaded not guilty to the charge of defilement slammed on him.

The Senior Magistrate, Mr. S.O. Banwo, admitted Adedeji to bail in the sum of N350, 000, with two sureties in like sum, ruling that the sureties must reside within the court’s jurisdiction and show evidence of payment of tax to the Ogun State Government in the last one year.

Banwo, in addition, said the sureties must submit four recent passport photographs and swear an affidavit of means, one of whom should be a civil servant not below grade level 13 in the employment of Ogun State.

The Magistrate subsequently adjourned the case till January 29 for hearing.

GIRLFRIEND RUN, YOUR BOO IS NOT A KEEPER....BY JOY ISI BEWAJI

Emo Graphics, Emo Photography, Emo Kids
So i was surfing the net and stumbled upon Isi Bewaji's post on her blog, an old post though.
Isi has always been one woman i admire so much not just because of her big mouth..lol but because she is always on point with her words and stories, very innovative and highly intelligent.

Read below as seen on her blog:

A keeper: (n) someone who you’d likely spend the rest of your life with if you find him/her.

My dear sister, sorry to say this, but that man you are clutching on to like the latest LV purse, is not a keeper.

I know it hurts- these truths; tearing at your insides like a savage beast. Would you rather I keep quiet and watch you mourn inconsolably a few months down the line over unrequited love and self-worth smashed to tiny bits; bemoaning time that cannot be recovered, with tear marks like a child forced to swallow pap without sugar every morning? Would you rather I turn the other way and pretend I didn’t see that gaffe- the one you tried to hide just so we can all pretend that your man is a good one?

Ah! My darling, I have a big mouth. Have they not told you? I have a big mouth and strong opinions. You see, I used to be just like you, making excuses in the name of love; twiddling my thumb, biting my lower lip and blinking a hundred times at the sight of casual love mistaken for the real thing- you know the type that comes like a whiff of a fart, leaving a foul odour behind that kills your sense of humour and blurs your inner glow. I will not let you suffer this ignorance. Haba, what else am I here for? I will tell the truth and watch the devil run mad; lay down bare facts and watch demons flee.

Does he have healthy conversations with you? Heck do you have conversations at all?! Every day you meet after work at a bar on the Island- both of you, sharing a bottle of wine and a nice dinner. You think he meets up with you because he cares? No, he is only waiting for traffic to wane before he heads back to the mainland.

You sit for dinner; his hand should be holding yours, no? But where are those hands of his? On his damned blackberry- pinging away! He is smiling into a phone, chuckling and texting. Who is he texting? It doesn’t matter. It could be Bob Marley for all I care, it still wouldn’t make it cool. With all sense of love and reason, he should be fondling your breasts…ok maybe not your breasts, but your hands- on the table, drawing love marks. That’s what a keeper does.

Where is the gleam in his eyes, ehn? The last time you saw it was last week when he was on top of you, riding you like a horse to its death. You saw it only for a split second before he poured his waste right inside your body. And then his eyes wouldn’t even rest on you for another second. Did he not roll out of bed and into the shower? When he came out did he not frown at you- still lying in bed, feeling like Monalisa (the painting)?

“You want to lie down there forever?” he asked as he dressed up.

Did you not sense a hint of irritation? Hmmmm!

My dear, he is not a keeper.

When last did he send you a random note- left on the kitchen table, stuck to the fridge? Have you ever found a love letter under the pillow addressed to you? Has he made any sacrifices lately- like waking up on a Saturday morning, ditching everything else, to drive down to the airport to pick you up (when you can easily get a taxi), with a broad JayZ-after-Solange-attack smile on his face?

Did he notice you have lost some weight? Your tummy is lean and your arms are toned- has he said anything?

Has he ever said “I love you” whilst you complain about fresh wrinkles under your eyes or when you wake up in the morning looking like a horny witch, hair like cotton wool beaten by a tornado? Does he ask about your mother? Is he worried that you are yet to get a degree? Has he ever bought you a casual gift on a sunny afternoon with no celebration in view?

Has he cooked you breakfast yet, even as you entertain yourself with a Danielle Steel thriller?

Do you still have fun debates that are  funny and random and everywhere?

Ok, this: do you suspect he is cheating on you with his colleague?

Should I go on?

What about that text you found lurking in his phone? The one he sent to a number saved as “plumber” (we both know that is no plumber! Else we might be worried about a whole new issue… won’t we?); you read the raunchy text with vivid and lewd description of what he plans to do with/to the plumber’s buttocks when they meet. You read the reply, didn’t you?

“Oh baby, I plan to suck your scrotum until they taste like berries in my mouth…”

That was the plumber’s reply. Is this life, ehn?!

What did he say when you confronted him with these vulgar texts? Do you remember? Did he not snatch his phone and then wriggle a finger at you, warning you not to go around looking for trouble where there’s none? Did he not lie through gnashing teeth that the text was mistakenly sent to him?

*sighs*

This man of yours, he has hit you once…or maybe twice, abi? Does he threaten you with a slap; is he punching walls, screaming invectives at you?

Is he always dressed like a model straight out of one of those fabulously retarded runway shows in Lagos, but never compliments your own sense of style?

It is hard, I know. But ask yourself- is this man a keeper?

DAVIDO FINALLY SPEAKS UP ON HIS BABY ABDUCTION SCANDAL AND REVEALS MEDICAL REPORTS

Davido and his daughter Imade. Photo: Davido/ Instagram

Finally Davido has reacted to the on going Child abduction scandal, he has probably heard and read lots of nasty stories and he decided to share with the world his own side of the story.
i am not sure which is story is longer between his and Dele Momodu....phewww

Read below in Davido's words.

“I know this story has surfaced online I decided to put it out here for you guys to see.
Birth of Imade Adeleke

When the second trimester of Sophia’s pregnancy was closing, she tortuously announced to me that she was in the family way.

My mind was bemused, and so was my soul confused. But I quickly realized that nothing more could be done to alter my status as a father-to-be. I knew that i was not ready to be a dad. Still, I adjusted myself to the realities of my new situation and the consequences of my past personal indiscretions. I made the determination that I was going to be a good dad. I also reasoned that my blunder is not enough pretext to make me a husband. I was just 21. And so I decided to be a responsible dad without being husband to the mother of my baby. I never was in love with Sophia neither was marriage ever in the offing.

Without knowing for sure that I was the real dad of the baby, I entrusted Sophia to the services of a private hospital for both pre-natal and post-natal medical cares. An apartment at Lekki was leased for 2 years, and paid for by me. The burden of medical bills, feeding, transportation and sundry costs rested on my person. No family member of Sophia including Uncle Dele Momodu rose to help nor guide Sophia.

I own my property at Lekki and had allowed Sophia to stay in the house because she claimed that she knew nobody in Lagos and that her father was deceased whilst her mother was resident in Abuja. For real, Sophia was a drifter without a dime, education nor career. My compassion, ignorance, naivety and poor judgment had combined to make me a victim to a much older lady with super cunning sense that was mixed with a vicious and diabolical nature. I stand accused but calmly accepted my responsibility for the sad misadventure that caused me to be a seat-mate with Sophia on a plane that was flying nowhere.

Davido

All along, I have only been generous with Sophia without knowing for sure I was the father to the baby she was carrying. On May 14, 2015, Sophia delivered her baby named Imade. It was after Sophia had delivered the baby that DNA testing medically confirmed that I was indeed the biological father of our child named Imade.

Once this status was obtained, Sophia started to apply maximum financial demands on me. I bought all the baby things and fully furnished her apartment. Sophia knew well how to spend money and yet contributed zero to the vast expenses that I incurred. None in her family contributed even a fake coin to the cost of having Imade.

Uncle Dele Momodu, now the pompous moralist, never visited Sophia nor even delivered an ordinary greeting card to Imade nor to her mum. Throughout the many months that Sophia stayed at my house when she claimed she has no family in Lagos, Uncle Dele Momodu and his bossy wife never showed up at my house to say hello to either of us.

When the going was good, Sophia had told me plenty things about her uncle Dele Momodu that I need not repeat here. And she never invited me to go with her to visit him and I don’t have the knowledge that she ever visited him throughout the time she stayed in my house. She always explained that a visit to Uncle Dele was needless and unnecessary. Uncle Dele Momodu never liked, and still does not like Sophia. He is now just grandstanding because Sophia had a baby for a fairly prominent family and famous Davido.

The case of Mrs Momodu baffles me even more. Why did she not think it necessary to move to Sophia’s apartment to help her out and show her the tricks of motherhood when Imade was newly born. Not once did she visit Sophia and her baby until December 2015. She gave neither care, love nor financial support to Sophia. Now, at 7 months old, and a child with special medical needs, Mrs Momodu rushed to the Lagos Airport to make an awful botch of her standing as a mother: Mrs Momodu certainly not a good person.

She put time and energy to prevent my daughter and I, the real father of Imade, from travelling aboard to keep an appointment with the American Hospital, Dubai. At the point of dying in November, 2015 Imade had been rushed to this medical facility in Dubai, where she received helpful and adequate treatment, and was duly returned to Nigeria, without any side excursions.

What then suddenly propels the fear or dangerous love of Mr& Mrs Momodu for Sophia? I deeply sense this couple never loved Sophia nor her late father. They also resent her mum, and probably are jealous that Sophia ever became a mum herself, and thus, wish that Sophia’s daughter who is also my daughter, must needlessly perish.

Where is the inherent value in a callous human ploy that directly intends to prevent a child from receiving necessary medical care aboard once the biological father, David Adeleke, the child’s grandfather and all my siblings who are uncles and aunties to Imade are booked to fly on this essential medical trip to which we have attached a restful family vacation? Sophia ain’t a member of our family, period.

Surely, Sophia was not with Imade when she first visited Dubai, and yet Imade was promptly returned to Nigeria. And no one said Sophia cannot come to Dubai except that I declared that I don’t want the trip to seem like a spousal get-away.

Sophia ain’t my wife and I refuse to let any action conspire to make us look like a couple. She seemed unable or unwilling to pay her way to Dubai. Also, her boastful Uncle, alas, refused to volunteer to pay her way to Dubai. I never suggested to an elder what he should take up as his personal responsibility if indeed he cared at all for Sophia as his robust involvement in our odd relationship wishes to establish. Mr Momodu never bought the ticket but wanted to enforce his cosine to join my family on this Dubai trip.

Dangerous lights are furiously blinking red around my daughter, Sophia and my person. Uncle Dele Momodu and his wife are providers of the energy espousing the idea of a needless death to my daughter. I now say it loud and clear, should my daughter die, this strange couple are mainly responsible. Mr Dele Momodu should just leave me and my family alone! His daughter is not who had a baby for me, and he has been too much of an absentee uncle to Sophia to have any traction on the moral authority that commands the soul and heart of this matter. Sophia Never formally introduced him nor his wife to me, at anytime. Why are they now crowding my space and that of my daughter?

Custody, Lifestyle and Imade’s Loss of Wellness In May, the same month Imade was born, Sophia settled in her fancy apartment for which I paid a hefty bill for a 2 year lease. Her baby was healthy. And she seemed happy. I would take care of all the financial needs of Imade and still pay Sophia a living allowance of 300,000 Naira plus utility bills.

Within a matter of weeks, Sophia missing and lusting for the streets of Lagos, especially the glitzy night life. She often left Imade home for clubbing, binge drinking and a life of debauchery and deviant living. She would sleep all day and party all night. When awake, she was addicted to the telephone and cannabis. She paid the baby no attention at all and seem to despise motherhood and parenting.
Imade was in her custody for2 straight months, unchallenged and uninterrupted, until the baby took badly and severely ill in July. Imade cried, ceaselessly, for 48 hours. She was rushed to the hospital where her condition confounded medical experts.

Several tests were conducted on her and later on the mother. Medical reports, herein attached (exhibit 1), proved that Sophia’s blood was polluted to the maximum level with cannabis and she had by the process of breast feeding infected her child with complicated medical conditions associated with the use of alcohol and especially cannabis. The trouble spot for Imade was her lungs. She had difficulty breathing largely because of the contaminated breast milk and the severity of the “Second Smoke” of marijuana inhaled by the poor child.

Davido

The medical experts at the hospital were enraged by the callous treatment of Imade by her own mother and declared her unfit for the caring and the nursing of a delicate baby. The team determined that they would hand over the baby to the Children’s Welfare Authority of Lagos State Government. My family started to plead with the hospital management. For the first time, Sophia too was sober, sorry and contrite. We pleaded that the baby would be kept from the mother once she was returned to us, and that we would take over responsibilities for Imade’s welfare.

If Imade had not gone to Dubai, it is fair to say that she may not be alive today. Still, some people prevented her from keeping a follow-up appointment at the American Hospital in Dubai. For the silliest possible reason. My family would not pay for Sophia’s flight ticket and thus Imade would be disallowed from traveling for the vital purpose of medical conditions that lend oxygen to her life. Which is more important to Mr Dele Momomdu, the ticket for his cousin or the overall wellness of Imade? And why can’t this glamorous uncle buy the ticket for Sophia so that the life of imade is not compromised?

The claim has been made that the aborted trip to Dubia was to take Imade to America. This is not true. Imade’s Nigerian passport is right now with the Immigration Office with no American Visa embossed on it and Imade, though qualified to possess an American Passport because her dad is an American citizen, still does not possess an American passport. True, her passport is being processed but the truancy of her mother has caused a major delay. I therefore ask, how will Imade have entered America without a visa on her Nigerian passport? The great dynamics of lying is that the liar is the first to know that he has told a lie, and the lies told would certainly demolish his integrity and the peace of his soul. Uncle Dele Momodu, beware!

So poor in understanding is the cerebral capacity of your cousin or niece that she cannot even operate the equipment that stabilizes her child’s lungs despite rigorous training offered to her (Exhibit 2). She is dismally inattentive. But she is a fabulous cannon fodder for all the frivolities of life. What more can I do for a woman who is not my wife? I am 23. I ain’t ready for marriage or even fatherhood. But I have accepted my responsibilities as my father raised me to understand life and deal with all its challenges.
The only reason why some of us are dancing naked in the market place today is because Sophia’s request to go to Dubai on my ticket was declined. She is demanding for her new car and a raise of her allowance to one million naira per month.

The sole reason why she’s demanding for the custody of Imade is to justify the necessity for this delusional one million naira. A domestic matter that could have been quietly and sensibly settled has been tossed to the public domain with the brutal consequences to the most innocent actor in this drama, Imade.

From December 23-28, Sophia lived at my father’s Lekki residence in peace except for the first one hour when a medication was misapplied by her and Imade speedily vomited for a fearfully long time. Sophia did not know how to even bathe her own baby. She brought a friend to stay with her in a 3-bedroom flat with a resident professional nurse and nanny. Overall, her stay was joyful and in alignment with the thrills of the Christmas holiday season.

On December 29, less than 24hours of leaving my father’s house, Sophia was at the airport in the company of her uncle and his wife with malice aforethought and the aim to do maximum damage that would obstruct her child from traveling aboard to receive necessary and needful medical care. She was welcome to join us if she had bought her ticket or her uncle had funded her for the trip. I offered to buy her a car and suggested a Toyota brand or Hyundai. She lost her cool and told me off.

She wanted a fancy jeep and preferably, a Mercedes Benz Jeep. I laughed because she just wanted to be a Lagos Big Girl for nothing. She hardly can cope with the cheapest car much less the ruinous cost of maintaining a Mercedes Benz vehicle. In December she received 500,000 naira as her allowance without doing anything for Imade. Life is not a bed of roses. Neither have I ever promised Sophia a rose garden. Her spontaneous motions of delusions utterly baffle me!

On her twitter page, she claimed she has recovered Imade from captivity. But Imade never was in captivity. Sophia certainly knows where Imade is. And it is where she left her on December 28, at my father’s house. What is the lie about? Sophia also claimed that she hasn’t seen her daughter in 5 months This cannot be true. Sophie spent every Sunday with her baby at my father’s since July 2015 when she voluntarily transferred Imade to the Adeleke family after the cannabis incidence. She and her daughter constantly appear on her face book and twitter pages throughout this period of 5 months. What manner of unreliable and lying person is Sophia.? The picture of your reconciliation with Imade after “captivity” that you posted on your twitter page came directly from the photo shoot that you posed for at my father’s house during your Christmas stay. Why can’t you ever be affable with truth nor have a relationship with honor?

Uncle Dele Momodu was the first to bring this domestic matter online and onto the internet. Uncle Dele Momodu ran smack into the internet highway on December 30 with Video recordings that he dishonestly, immorally and unlawfully recorded at a government facility and office at the Murtala Mohammed International Airport, Lagos.

Uncle, you are wrong and you are not doing the right thing. By doing a thing so unlawful over a domestic mater between a 23-yearold boy and your niece is a bothersome slight that proved your niece must have learnt her sleazy ways from your own accomplished slap-happy conduct.

Life is beautiful if we all live in simple ways and do not engage criminal gadgets to replace integrity and honour. Your worthless video recordings has achieved nothing. But exposed your naivety and lack of decorum. Your recordings cannot alter the fact that I am “Davido” father of Imade and it cannot force me to be the husband of your cousin. In truth, I don’t know if you are uncle or cousin to Sophia. The word uncle has lost it esteem since the time that sleazebucket took over our land. Still, Uncle Dele Momodu, it is immoral, unlawful and unethical to clandestinely record anyone, especially friends and family members.

This scandalous act truly got you slaughtered and put a new slant on your person.

Late evening on December 30, I responded to your vicious internet publications that attacked me and my family. As you well know, my response was a slam dunk that hurt you badly and diminished your person. You perhaps deserved what you got. But my father’s counsel and the love I have for Imade prompted me to recall the arrow aimed at you. You see, my father raised me well, and I promptly complied with his advise. I thus deleted all references to the issue of December 29 at the Airport and apologized to you in particular along with all my fans. I showed you respect even if u had drunkenly provoked me.

Instead of reciprocating with love and elderly wisdom, you sustained your attack of me with even more venom and hatefulness. With all due respect for my dad, I am compelled to speak to your lies and your simulation of grand self-importance. I am 23 and you are almost 60. Your cousin has a baby for me.

Rather than bring us together as a family, you wished for glowing embers to come out of cool cucumber. You know damn well how to grandstand. This is why you instructed your lawyers to put garbage on the internet in a matter that should be showcased in the court of law. Uncle, who offended you? Is it Davido, Sophia or Imade? It cannot be my late mum after whom I named Imade. Is it my gentle dad? Why have you engaged yourself in a bitter private vendetta with my family? Uncle, you will have your day in court.

But you will soonest be forced to embrace the fact that the crowning glory of your puffing and pride rests in your stunning emptiness. Again, I dare you, publish the garbage in your vanity trunk or perish!. I am 23 and a performing artiste that God immensely blessed and I have joyfully made good in the industry. I won’t do this forever, and I shall timely step aside in the nearest future. I have a degree and I am stashing my monies aside so that I can build a decent future for Imade plus my future wife and family. I believe as the bible says, “every good gift is from above”. There is nothing better in life than to tell the truth and pray.

May God ever stand by me and deliver to me my dreams and wishes. May He also deliver to your own children their dreams and desires. Uncle Dele Momodu, please, please leave me and my family alone even if it is clear, by God’s will, that you can’t do us a thing. As for me, this is the end of this conversation. May God lead both of us to the righteous path. I thank you very much, sir.”
