Linda who welcomed her baby Jayce Sholaye on 17th September 2018 has decided to explain why she and Jeremi Sholaye (baby daddy) are not suitable as the duo have gone their separate ways.

“Two days before my 38th birthday on September 17th, I welcomed my first child, my son, Jayce. I look at him and I wonder why I waited so long to have a child. I’ve never known love like this. I literally have tears in my eyes every time I look at him. I can’t believe he came out of me. He is by far my greatest blessing and I’m looking forward to navigating him through life! Now to the reason why you are reading this. I argued with myself for a long time whether to put this out or not…and finally decided it was a story I wanted to share. I’ve always been open about my life but I’m sharing details about my personal life mostly because of the girls who look up to me. The girls I have mentored, mentoring right now and plan to mentor in the future. I’m very particular about our young girls and I have personally tried over the years to be an example in some way; tried to teach these girls how to fight for their dreams, how to live right and do right and then I go and have a child out of wedlock and that must be a little confusing to some of them and especially with so many untruthful stuff out there about me.

Nollywood actress, Moji Olaiya is dead.

The actress who delivered a baby two months ago died from birth complications in Canada last night.

The deceased is the daughter of music icon, Victor Olaiya.

Her demise is coming barely one week after another popular Nollywood actor, Adeshina Adesanya, also known as Pastor Ajidara died.

May her soul rest in perfect peace. Amen.

The shocking inicident  happened in Enugu last month, a man whom i can call 'handsome' was seen on the street in Enugu begging a girl on his knees.

A large crowd gathered and were shocked at the scenario, they wondered how an able bodied man could go on his knees and beg a lady who is not willing to listen to him.

The lady could be seen in the video slapping and hitting this guy but he still followed here wherever she went.

This got people thinking, could this be a love portion gone wrong or could this have been true love on the guy's part?

A JSS 1 student has reportedly committed suicide at Ugbuwangue area of Warri metropolis in Delta State.

Jessica Beer, a 19 year old student of Gyegeh Memorial College Logo1, Makurdi, Benue state, drank substance believed to be poison and was rushed to a clinic in Akpehe, before doctors confirmed her dead on arrival.
She reportedly committed suicide because her boyfriend, Labi, a pork (pig meat) seller at Wurukum Market in Makurdi impregnated and abandoned her and also got another lady pregnant.

COMEDIAN BASKETMOUTH AND FAMILY ROBBED AT GUN POINT

According to comedian Bovi, Basket Mouth and his family were robbed in the early hours of the morning today and the robbers carted away valuables.

The comedian and his family are safe and unhurt.

“@basketmouth was robbed this morning in his home in lekki phase 1 between the hours of 2am and 4am, 7th of September 2016. He and his family were held at gun point while the sad episode lasted. Nobody was hurt. Valuables were taken including the cctv device. A report has been made at the police station. He can’t be reached at the moment but will be back on as soon as possible.’

A tragic incident took place yesterday as Youths of Obubo community in Anambra State attacked a Priest, Rev. Father Fidelis Ifeanyichukwu Ugozo of the St. Raphael’s Catholic Church in Ugbenu, Awka North Local Government Area of Anambra State, beating him to a state of coma.

According to Anambra Broadcasting Service, (ABS),the priest and some of his followers were carrying out a rosary procession around some of the villages when they were stopped by one of the youth leaders in the village, Gabriel Ikegbunam, who felt the clergy man and his followers were out to burn down their deity. Mr. Ikegbunem insisted that they will not enter his village, and when they overpowered him, he started making contacts, calling some youths from the village to attack the priest and others who were mainly women and children.

MAN WHO NAMED HIS DOG BUHARI NARRATES HIS ORDEAL IN PRISON

                                            

Joe Fortemose Chinakwe aka Joachim Iroko, who was arrested last Saturday for naming his pet dog ‘Buhari’ was released unconditionally.

The 30 year old embattled trader, who was visibly angry after his three-day incarceration in police cell, was released 5pm on Tuesday after the intervention of both the Serkin Hausa and President-General of non-indigenes in the state.

It was learned that the prompt intervention of the elders made the complainant to withdraw the case he reported against the trader at Sango-Ota division which was later transferred to Police headquarters at Eleweran.

BODY OF A 67 YEAR OLD MAN FOUND DANGLING IN FRONT OF HIS ROOM IN CALABAR

                                             

The body of a 67-year-old retiree, Mr. Okon Edet Iwang, dangled in front of his room at 13B, Ekpo Iso Lane, Ikot Ansa in Calabar Municipality.

According to a neighbour, Edet, who hailed from Obot Akara, Ukposin Atai in Akwa Ibom State, had been suffering from diabetes for close to three years, but was gradually recovering before the suicide.

His words: “Before going to church yesterday evening (Sunday), I saw him and when I also came back at about 10:30p.m. we greeted. I was shocked when I woke up this morning (yesterday) to see his lifeless body dangling.” 

The neighbour said Iwang used the clothesline residents use to dry their clothes to hang himself in front of his room, adding “he was recovering from his sickness because the diabetic sore on his leg was healing very fine.

“We are still in shock that Ette Aniette, as he is popularly known, could muster such courage. He was a very peaceful man,” 

The source also hinted that Ette Aniete, who retired from Industrial Trust Fund, ITF, was still receiving his pension and was even re-engaged on a contract basis before he was finally paid off due to his deteriorating health.

According to the source, “he slumped sometime ago and went into coma, which lasted for about three months. He was paid off after he came back from the hospital. 

“The sickness affected his eyes because he started developing partial blindness and I think depression also started setting in. We had to call his son, Aniette, to come and stay with him. 

“His wife had left him during the peak of his illness and before that he lost one of his children. We believe all these must have contributed to his decision to commit suicide. 

“We called the police immediately and they took his corpse away.”

GATEMAN MURDERS 50-YEAR OLD MADAM IN VGC OVER SALARY INCREMENT

                             


A 50-year-old businesswoman's discomposing body was found in her apartment last week at the Victoria Garden City, VGC, she was allegedly murdered by her gate man, following an argument over the latter’s salary.

The deceased, Mabe Okafor was found dead in the pool of her blood in her room at House J68B, Close 9, VGC, Lekki-Ajah. She lived in the big house alone with a gatekeeper from Niger Republic.
